It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary L. Mathis (Chipley, Florida), who passed away on November 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfus Lassiter and Leona Lassiter; her husband Willard E. Mathis; and her siblings, Med Lassiter, Eva Mae Whittington and Dorothy Self.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce (Vicki) of Chipley, Greg (Cindy) of Chipley, Tim (Julie) and Dennis (Melody) of Greenhead; and her grandchildren, Dan Mathis (Roxi), Todd Mathis, Jed Mathis (Jessica), Sarah Henderson (Heath), Isaac Mathis (Crystal), Jenee Mathis, Tucker Mathis and Halley Rhodes (Jason). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to be made to the third floor Long Term Care Unit at Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Mrs. Mathis name.
