Margery E. Pettis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margery E. Pettis of Chipley, Florida, who passed away on July 18, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Alvie Pippin; her husband Wayne Helms (John Pettis Jr.); and her brothers, Eugene Pippin and Royce Pippin. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Carter (Curtis), David Helms (Marcetta) and Howard Helms (Lee); her sisters, Carol Finnell (Wayne), Helen Hamm and Betty Loyed; and her grandchildren, Danielle Gay (Nick), Jesse Carter (Jessica), Chelsea Dietrich (Nich), Leslie Bowman (Daniel), Lexi Vaughn (Clint) and Lori Popp (Austin). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Margery loved flowers so flowers are being accepted, but donations can be made to the Senior Saints of First Free Will Baptist Church of Chipley in her memory.
