She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughes Holley and Eva Holley; her former husband G. C. Suggs; her husband Carl Owen; and her children-in-law, Gil Lowe and Myra Pettis Suggs.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Suggs Lowe of Marianna, FL and Mike Suggs of Chipley, FL; her grandsons, Bryan Lowe (Emily) of Dothan, AL, Russell Lowe of Tallahassee, FL, Jason Suggs (Farrah) of Chipley, FL and Joey Suggs (Briana) of Chipley, FL; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Lowe, Aaron Lowe, Audrey Lowe, Blaine Suggs, Jaycee Suggs, Addyson Suggs, Hadley Suggs and Zoey Suggs.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oakie Ridge Baptist Church (2971 Gilberts Mill Rd, Chipley, FL 32428). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Oakie Ridge Baptist Church in Madine's memory.
