She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie B. Newsome and Verna Fanny Dortch; and her sister Florene Newsome Pierce. She is survived by: her husband James Holeyfield; her children, Jackie Quinn (Nikki), Tony Quinn (Christine), Ross Holeyfield (Dianna) and Jessica Quinn; and her siblings, Agnes Newsome Richardson, Laverne Newsome Walters, Johnny B. Newsome (Betty), Billy Joe Newsome (Shannon), Wayne Newsome (Michelle) and Sam Dortch (Cindy). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Lucky Puppy Rescue.
