She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Kyle Davis and Orene Davis (Deal); her brothers, John Davis and Michael Davis; and her husband Lloyd Lee Shaw.

She is survived by: her children, Edward Allan Cutts, Bryan Dale Cutts, Adam Lee Shaw, Kevin Patrick Shaw and Cindy Lynn Padgett; her grandchildren, Casey Allan Cutts, Miranda Leanne Shaw, Tanner Edward Cutts, Jay Thomas Padgett, Sarabeth Grace Shaw, Patrick James Shaw, John Daniel Shaw and Benjamin Bradley Shaw; and her great grandchildren, Drake Allan Cutts and Kennedy Nicole Cutts.

In Lieu of Flowers the family has requested that donations be made to either American Diabetes Association or Emerald Coast Hospice (1330 South Blvd, Chipley, FL. 32428).
