He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Shaffer and Myrna Shaffer (Myers); and his sister Dale Lynn Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Shaffer (Murphy); his stepchildren, Angel Funk and James Murphy; his grandchildren, Rhythm, Jaxon, Lyric, Preston, Saori, Cadence and Deva; and also Ethney.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Joe Shaffer Residence.
