He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Louis Parsons and Marian Wood Parsons. He is survived by: his wife Judith Elaine Parsons of Chipley, Florida; his children, Dana J. Franklin (Lori) of Chipley, Richard G. Franklin (Gayle) of Sevierville, Tennessee, Dena Marie Wright of New Jersey, Patty Benton of Westville and Terisa Hayes (Derek) of Chipley, Florida; and his siblings, Wayne Parsons (Jackie) of Springfield, Illinois and Debbie Koval of Iowa. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
