We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jean Beall Neel (Chipley, Florida), born in Malone, Florida. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kitty Beall and Roy Beall; and her husband Edward Daniel "Buddy" Neel. She is survived by: her children, Dana Cobb (Art), Kitty Myers (Ronnie) and Joe Neel; her grandchildren, Jennifer Steever (Joe), Kitty Cobb, Melissa Cowart (Brad) and Amie Myers; and her great grandchildren, Ben Steever (Julia), Taylor Munroe, Madeline Munroe and Wallace Munroe.
Because of COVID concerns, there will be no visitation prior to the service.
