He is survived by: his father Mack Dean Flatt Jr.; his wife Tonja Flatt (Holland); his stepmother Linda; his brother Jeff Flatt; his stepsisters, Heather Hollabaugh Markum and Lorie Hollabaugh; his nieces, Kaitlyn Flatt, Jamie Dunn Flatt and Mackenzie Wilder; and his great-niece Madison Frazer. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
