She is survived by: her children, Wendy Millsap (Dean) of Middleburg, FL, Wayne Clark (Christy) of Enterprise, AL, Kimberly Clark of Chipley, FL and Kevin Clark of Chipley, FL; her grandchildren, Ashley Heining, Christian Clark (Frances), Joshua Millsap (Cassandra), Sydney Clark, Sarah Millsap, Cameron Clark (Savannah) and ShiAnne Clark; her great grandchildren, Joseph Clark, Emily Clark, Levi Clark, Malachi Sampson and Mikah Sampson; and her siblings, Beverly Mueller, Pamela Wiedman and Burt Nelson, Jr..
