He is survived by: his wife Betty Creamer Deal; his granddaughters, Morgan and Harper; his children, Kelly Deal, Amy Rogers (Ray) and JD Kilgore (Delisha); his grandchildren, Emma Rogers and Tice Kilgore; his sister-in-law Dell Lampp; his close friend Paula Johnson; and his caregiver Naquitta O'neal.
