He was predeceased by: his mother Marie TarrThose. He is survived by: his children, Penny Hammett (Mark), Ricky Tarr and Craig Tarr; and his grandchildren, Daniel Tarr, David Tarr (Elena), Kevin Tarr (Jennifer), Crystal Tarr, Brandon Tarr (Amanda), Justin Tarr (Anita), Rachel Hammett and Matthew Hammett. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
