He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Taylor and Essie Taylor; and his brother Charles Ellsworth Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Dana Taylor of Chipley; his children, James Taylor of Ozark, AL, Robert Taylor of West Bay, FL, Steve, David Whittington of Chipley, FL, Judi Ault of Pensacola, FL, Lawanda Higginbothem of Milton, FL and Melissa Arthur of Navarre, FL; and his sisters, Betty O'Brien of Panama City, FL and Grace Anderson of Oviedo, FL. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
