He is survived by: his wife Betty Suggs of Chipley, FL; his children, David Suggs and Alicia Foley (Robert) of Portland, TN; his daughter-in-law Kelly Suggs of Camp Verde, AZ; and his grandchildren, Jessica Thomas (Eric), Caitlyn Suggs, Anthony Smith (Ashley), Alayna Foley, Isaiah Foley, Torri Espinosa (Frankie) and Jamie Suggs. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
