Though Hazel may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Price Burch and Mattie Connor; and her siblings, Linwood Burch, Luverne Taylor and Shirley Simmons.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd A. Russ of Chipley, FL; her son Bennie Ray Ingram (Debbie) of Marianna, FL; and her stepsons, Michael Russ (Debra) of Bonifay, FL, Steve Russ of Bonifay, FL and Clint Russ (Debbie) of Bonifay, FL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Obert Funeral Home Chapel (731 Kirkland Rd, Chipley, FL 32428). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1300 South Blvd, Chipley, FL 32428).
