He is survived by: his children, Sheila "Monkey" Sirmon (George) of Bonifay, Florida, Jessie "Rooster" Shields of Jacksonville, Florida and Jimmy "Rooster" Shields of Jacksonville, Florida; his close friend Lenda "Beedy"; his sister Margaret Fulford of Hartford, Alabama; the mother of his children Sharon Shields; his grandchildren, Noah "Buckshot" Sirmon and Brelen Carter Shields; and also, Melinda Hobby, Jesse Justice and Jessica "Frog" Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
