He is survived by: his wife Peggy Chance Palmer of Chipley, FL; his sisters, Joyce Whitaker of Jackson, MS and Carolyn Bednar of Drew, MS; his grandchild Casey Ruth (Samara) of Birmingham, AL; his sisters, Miranda Ruth (Tommy Beldin) of Gulf Breeze, FL and Lilah Ruth of Pensacola, FL; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Michael Ruth, Cecelia and Alexander Beldin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
