He is survived by: his wife Angeline Coley; his sons, William "Jack" Franklin, Jr. and Michael "Mike" Franklin; his granddaughters, Stephanie (Kory) and Beth (John); his great grandchildren, Emily, Cole and Shawnee (T. J.); his great great grandchild Parker; and his brothers, Johnny Coley (Debra), Ronnie Coley, Chuck Coley (Angel) and Bill Coley (Pam). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
