He is survived by: his wife Jo Pat Holley of Chipley, FL; his sisters, Mary Jo Sasser (Jimmy) of Havana, FL and Joann Holley of Chipley, FL; his grandson Sammy Holley (Stacy) of Crawfordville, FL; and his great grandchildren, Kynnacee Pitts, Morgan Windham, Logan Windham, Hollie Windham, McKenzie Holley, Corbin Holley, Ashlin Granger, Austin Granger, Caitlin Granger, Haley Needham, Gracen Holley, Emma Holley and Wes Holley.
