With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floyd Cook of Chipley, Florida, born in Bonifay, Florida, who passed away on August 29, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cook and Lillian Baxter; his son Pat Cook; and his siblings, Kenneth Cook, Marie Bowen and Linda Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Cook; his children, Glenn Cook of Chipley, Florida and Karen Cook of Chipley, Florida; his sisters, Elaine Tiller of Bonifay, Charlaine Dyson (Kenneth) of California, Lillian Hearn (Neil) of Burn and Shirley Walsingham (John Earl) of Wausau, Florida; his grandchildren, Chris Cook (Breanna) of Grand Ridge, Rachel Krieger (James) of Clermont, Meleah Cook and Ashlyn Cook; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Cook, Jessalynn Cook and Carson Krieger.
Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to the Food Bank in his honor at 1407 South Railroad Ave, Chipley, Florida.
