Dale Stephens III (Tressie), Tim Stephens (Mary Anne), Tyler Stephens (Katie), James Stephens II and Kyle Stephens; his great grandchildren, Dani Silesia, Laila Knight-Gentry, Jaxon Thetford, Sadie Rose Thetford, Richard Dale Stephens IV "Quade", Rilynn Stephens, Olivia Stephens, Everett Stephens and Waylon Stephens; and his sisters, Pat Bell (late Jacob) and Meredith Glaze (late Roger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
