She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Hendrix and Flossie Mae Hendrix (Yohn); her husband Elmer Jernigan; and her brothers, Charles Hendrix and Phillip Hendrix.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon McGraw (Patrick) of Tallahassee, FL, Lorell Jernigan (Diane) of Chipley, FL, Lavelle Stevens (Chuck) and Cathy Evans (David) of Ebro, FL; and her siblings, Jeff Hendrix of Sampson, AL, Gerald Hendrix of Holmes County, FL, Betty Leavins of Geneva, AL, Connie Fairchild of Holmes County, FL, Kaye Trammel of Holmes County, FL and Sue Wesner of Holmes County, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
