He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kowitz Chadwell; his brother Arthur "Duke" Chadwell (Chris); his sons, Garrett Martin, Derek Chadwell (Renae) and Thomas Chadwell; and his grandchildren, Max Martin, Ava, Charlcie and Henry Chadwell.
