With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donnie D. V. Glass of Chipley, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Martin Glass and Perlay Glass (Hardy); his wife Irma Glass; his son Rick Fowler; and his siblings, Dewy Lee Glass, Charlie Frank Glass, Allie B. Glass, Johnnie D. Glass and Idelle Vernon.

He is survived by: his children, Danny Glass of Woodridge, VA, Dennis Glass of Round Rock, TX, Jimmie Glass of Geneva, AL, Robbie Glass of Chipley, FL, Brenda Glass of Greensboro, NC, Penny Glass Cartrette of Cerro Gordo, NC and Kathy Hethcox of Tallahassee, FL. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-one great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (1068 Main St, Chipley, FL 32428).
