He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Shirely and Jeannie Shirely; and his brother Michael Shirely. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Shirely; his children, Michael Shirely and Jenna Shirely; his stepdaughter Brandi Rines; his grandson Mason Coley Hill; and his sister Michelle Jones. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Due to Covid 19 circumstances, a private memorial will be held at a later date for family members and close friends.
