He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Eugene Halley Sr. and Ruby Bozeman Jackson; and his son Josh Halley. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Halley (Burress) of Chipley, FL; his daughter Megan Halley of Bunnell, FL; his grandson Joshua Zaberer of Bunnell, FL; his brother John Halley of Palmyra, VA; his aunt Sybil Halley; his cousins, Mike Halley, John Michael Halley (Kristy) of Blounstown, FL and Karen Weeks of Chipley, FL; and his brother-in-law Jim Burress (Sue) of Lynn Haven, FL..
In Lieu of Flowers the family has requested donations be made to the St. Matthew's Episcopal Building Fund or First Baptist Church Youth Programs.
