She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Bullard and Catherine N. Bullard (Nicholas); her husband Phillipe Reyes; and her siblings, Catharine N. Bullard, Linda D. Coley and Terrell D. Bullard.
She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan B. Bullard and Cody Reyes; her granddaughter Catherine Reyes; and her siblings, Ralph, Gail, Mary, Jimmy and Kitty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and special friends.
In Lieu of Flowers the family has asked that donations be applied to the services being held for Cheryl.
