Charlotte V. Sapp Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte V. Sapp of Chipley, Florida, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Reece Kent and Willie Mae Kent; her children, Suzanne Waymire (David) of Alabaster and Wesley Sapp (Patricia) of McKeesport; her grandchildren, Emily Fogleman (Evan) of Helena, Alexandria Waymire, William Sapp of Raleigh, NC, Scott Sapp of Lynchburg, VA and Kaitlin Sheppard of Charlotte, NC.; and her husband Bonnell Sapp.
