She is survived by: her mother Dolores Julie Pettus of Lockport, IL; her daughter Carrie Smith; and her siblings, James "Jim" Kloeckner of Lockport, IL, Mike Kloeckner (Kristy) of Cape Canaveral, FL, Dan Kloeckner (Michelle) of Lockport, IL and Mary Kohler (Jerry) of North Dakota. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
