He was predeceased by: his grandfather Richard "Poppy" Deese. He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Sheehy and Angela Sheehy of Palm City, Florida; his fiancé Jenn Sampson of Chipley, Florida; his children, Logan Mercurio, Kevin Mercurio, Brodee Mercurio and Harper Sampson; his brother Riley Sheehy of Palm City, Florida; his aunt Shannon; his cousin Amber Collier; his uncle Richard Deese Jr.; and his grandmothers, Carol Coughlin and Judy Deese.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Friends Obert Funeral Home Chapel (731 Kirkland Rd, Chipley, FL 32428).
