She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cornelius and Ruth Parsons Cornelius; her children, David Strause and Patty Buffi; and her brother Clair Cornelius.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Dickert of Chipley, Florida and James Strause of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, Jason Dickert, David Strause Jr., Laura Kotran, Joseph Buffi, Rebecca Strause and Liam Strause; and her great grandchildren, Kayla Dickert, Logan Dickert, Wyatt Kotran, Finn Strause and Brynne Buffi. She is also survived by aunts, cousins.
