She was predeceased by: her brother John Michael "Johnny" Clark. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Collins; her children, Robert Scott Collins (Robin) and Carol Lynn Zehm (Mark) of Fayetteville, NC; her grandchildren, Chris, Aly, Cody, Gracie and Anabelle; her great grandchildren, Miles and Cecelia; and her siblings, Buddy Clark (Margie) of Marianna, FL, Faye Addison of Birmingham, AL, Linda Swords and Joyce Chambers (Harold) of Graceville, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
