He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Everitte and Christopher Giddiens; his wife Kitty; his stepfather Needham Carroll; his siblings, Jerry of Charles, CJ and Merlene Windham; and his sons, Johnny and Ricky Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Toby Clark (Charli) of Chipley, FL, Diane Lacayo (Dennis) of Ponchatoula, LA and Terri Johnson of Sonora, TX; and his brother Earl Giddiens (Melba) of Marion, AL.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
