We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2022, at the age of 78, Barbara Louise Owens of Chipley, Florida, born in Tampa, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Lamkin and Maude Lamkin; her husband William Donald Owens; her daughter Vickey Richardson; and her siblings, Bubba Lamkin, Douglas Lamkin and Anne Amex.

She is survived by: her children, William Donald Owens Jr. (Jean), Carol Sue Waltermate, Charles Edward Owens (Neta) and Patrick Steven Owens; and her siblings, Myrtle Lamkin and Cecil Lamkin. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren.
