He was predeceased by: his father Alex Broward Wood; his wife Bobbie Wood (Grant); his grandchildren, Brian, Phillip Nugent and Stephanie Barnes; his son-in-law Kim Long; his siblings, Janice Wood, Patricia McEntire and C. J. McEntire; and his sister-in-law Margaret Wood.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Long (Dennis Nichols) of Pensacola and Yvonne Barnes (Tommy) of Chipley; his grandchildren, Chris Barnes (Stefanie) of Marianna, Eric Barnes and Christine of Middletown; his great grandchildren, Hannah Grace, Avery Leigh and Coy Wallace Barnes; and his siblings, Foley Wood (Mary Nell) of Fort Walton Beach, Don Wood of Vero Beach, Geneva Greer of Panama City and Linda Adams of Blountstown.
