She is survived by: her husband Willie Skipper of Chipley, FL; and her sons, Robert Skipper (Michele) of Chipley, FL, Donald Skipper of Chipley, FL and Ronald Singletary of Faydette, AL. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
