She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Libby (Fred); and her parents, Roy Buie and Linda Buie of North Carolina. She is survived by: her children, Angela Libby Meeks (Angie) and Michael Darren Libby (Mike); her grandchildren, Christina Libby Gasbarro, Jared Libby, Matthew Libby, Alexander Meeks, Andrew Meeks and Maya Davis; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell Gasbarro and Artelia Rae Gasbarro.
