He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Epps; his children, Richard Epps (Angela) and Elisabeth Arnold (Scott); his grandchildren, Natalie, Abigail and Mason; and his sisters, Elaine Simmons of DeFuniak Springs and Debbi Epps of DeFuniak Springs. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
