He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovic Hallman and Maggie Hallman; his former wife Lillian West Hallman; his sons, David Hallman and Mark Hallman; his grandson Dustin Smith; and his siblings, Anna Lou Hardee and J. E. Hallman.

He is survived by: his wife Kay Hallman; his children, Glenn Hallman (Susan) of Chiefland, John Hallman of Chiefland, Myles Smith (Tammy) of Ft. White, FL, Russell Hallman (Amy) of Chiefland and Teri Jones (David) of Chiefland; his daughter-in-law Hideko Hallman; his sister Patsy Gamble of Deland, FL; his grandchildren, Ashley, David, Emily, Laycee, Becca, Lauren, Landon, Ali and Hayden; and his great grandchildren, Riley and Ada.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Haven Hospice.

“My parents were good friends with warren and lillian when we all lived in deland years ago. My dad, retired major kenneth boatright fhp and mr. Hallman worked together on the fhp for many years. Eventually, time and location separated them but they remained good friends and stayed in touch. .dad passed away in 2015 and warren was right there offering his condolences. They had a friendship based on respect and concern for each other. Please accept our sincere sympathy. Love, karen b. Monk”
