Holzworth; his wife Edna Wood Holzworth; his brothers, Jim, Robert, Bill and Richard Holzworth; and his stepchildren, Leah (Rodney Fambrough), Lisa (Briggs Mathis), Lena (David Driver) and Eric (Danielle Phillips).
