He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russ and Anna Russ; his brothers, Carl and Bobby Russ; his significant other Laverne Kato; his daughter Beverly Kent (Johnny); and his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Marie Johnson (Mike) of Havana, FL, Virginia Gilcrist (Billy) of Chiefland, FL and William Webb of Live Oak, FL; and his siblings, Mitchell Russ (Lois) of Morgantown, KY and Gail Morris of Boonville, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
