He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Bingaman and Blanche Bingaman; his brothers, Robert Lee Bingaman and David Lee Bingaman; his children, Randall Bingaman (Donna), Sharma Combs (Ray), Lisa Bingaman (Paul) and Stephen Bingaman Jr. (Becky); and his sisters, Sharyl Vance and Ramona Simpson. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and 10 nieces and nephews.
