He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas O'David Allen, Sr. and Dorothy Walker Allen of Chiefland; and also, Leroy, Madge, Hank, Cande, Howard and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Melanie Graham Allen; his children, Kenneth O'David Allen (Lori) and Nancy DeeAnn Williams (Jamie); his grandchildren, Tristan O'David Allen, Sydney Allen Pettingill and Jacob Allen Kline; and his siblings, Robert (Pam), Kay, Ida (Jim) and Carolyn.
