She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lee Polk and Abbie Kathryn Philman (Duncan Ellis McCormick); her siblings, Donald Lee Polk and Bertha May Corley; and her daughter Mary McCormick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra McCormick of Trenton and Wanda Langston (Rob) of Trenton; her siblings, Jerry Lee Trail of Mayo and Carolyn Lane of Chiefland; her grandchildren, Cheryl Barron (Kenny) of Chiefland, Florida. and Wesley Langston (Tiffany) of Chiefland; and her great grandchildren, Madalyn Barron, Tyler Barron, Jessie Langston, Gracie Langston, Sidney Langston, Abbie, Ella Stemple and Skyler Byrd.
Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations to Haven Hospice, Tri-County be made in her name.
