He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Rardin Hall and Donn L. Hall; his wife Lawanda Meschen Hall; his brothers, Donald and Charles; and his half-siblings, Jack and Yvonne.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Jr. and Mark (Aarina); his half-brother Bill (Betty); his grandchildren, Abby, Shelby, Prem, Nathan, Aron, Rebakah, Rachel and Caleb; and his sisters, Barbara Larkins (Chel) and Delores Wood. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
