He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meeks and Bessie Meeks; and his siblings, Billy Meeks and Helen Daniels. He is survived by: his wife Cindy W. Meeks; his sons, Randy Etheridge of Chiefland and William "Bill" Meeks of Chiefland; and his sisters, Shirly Comeaux and Carolyn Redmond. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Ellzey United Methodist Church.
