He is survived by: his wife Earlene Hudson Smith; his children, Paige Brookins (Loran) and Stoney Smith (Laura); his grandchildren, Chase, Morgan, Blayne and Logan (Keely); his great grandchild Cooper Brookins; and his siblings, Jack Smith of Maryville, Janelle Dean of Cross City, FL and JoAnn Hendricks (Stephen) of Lake Butler, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
