He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Cannon and Edna Burnham Cannon. He is survived by: his son Hazie R Cannon, Jr. (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Marcus Avallone, Courtney Percy, Lane Cannon and Kinley Cannon. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
