He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harvey and Leola Mae Pope (Seabolt); his sister Elizabeth "Libby" Slonaker; and his granddaughter Ashley Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Ann Kelley; and his daughters, Jeannie Stevens, Kelly Parra (Angel), Jackie Paguaga (Rolando "Ro") and Michelle "Missy" Pope. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
