With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Hogan (Chiefland, Florida), born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on October 24, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Reubin Salter and Gertrude Irene Glaze; her son Ricky Jay; her husband J. C. Hogan; and her close friend William "Boo" Gaudin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Denise Pruden (Jay) of Fanning Springs and Lillian Marlene Parsel (Jerry Sellers) of Maryville; her nephew Mark Brown (Sarah Bicknell) of St. Augustine; her nieces, Diana Brown Fisher of Alabama, Teri Musgrove of Alabama and Jody Musgrove of Alabama; and her grandchildren, Kristen Bouler (Eric Jurgielewicz) of Sarasota, Tamara Handy (Don) of Micanopy, Corby Richardson (Sara) of Ocala, Kelly Ball (John McCullors) of Newberry, Jeremy Hogan (Julie May) of Cullman and Patrick Hogan of Tucson. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
